This dealership is a totally lie. Almost every car with good price listed on their internet is either sold out or have some "problems". I talked to a salesman Barkerly, offered to buy a 2008 X5 with 25K, h good price listed on their internet is either sold out or have some "problems". The general manager came to me and said, you either pay 26,999 for this X5 or get out. DON'T EVER GO THERE !!!!!!!!!! I swear to God, this is the WORST dealership I've ever met. More
I have been reading the reviews online associated with this dealership and cant believe so many people have bad things to say. Arthur was a very pleasant salesman who took his time, didn’t rush us into buying and made sure we were happy with everything up until we walked out of the dealership. Similar to other folks, we came across this dealership online. At first my husband called in and set up an appointment to meet with a sales rep but it had to be canceled due to the snowy weather conditions. I called in and spoke with Ashley, she was extremely polite and helped and understood why we needed to reschedule. The appointment times Ashley had were not very convenient for my husband and I so she worked Andre and found something to accommodate us. This was fantastic! Once we arrived at the dealership, Arthur took care of us and showed us everything we wanted to see. We test drove and felt like Arthur was really take his time with our sale. We are very pleased with this dealership, its staff and the deal we signed for on our new 2008 Mercedes SUV . More
Ive called this Dealer early in Nov 2012 reguarding a 2008 BMW 650i convertible and they said the car is sold ( was $5,000 below all the others listed on Autotrader so was suspicions to start. Then they tried to sell me an older junk one with high miles.. Then I called again Nov 28th 2012 and spoke with Tia and asked if the 2008 650i was still available for $31,995 , guess what she said.. yup sold but how about an '06 with high miles.. then I said you should take off AutoTrader its not right , she said they cant remove, ( thats a lie ) then I said not fair trade practice and could be considered Bait and Switch, then she started YELLING at me and said IF IM NOT GOING TO BUY A CAR TODAY SHE HAS NO TIME TO BE LISTING TO ME TELL HER ABOUT HER BUSINESS AND HUNG UP ! SO IF THATS HOW THEY TREAT YOU WHEN YOUR TRYING TO BUY I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THEY ARE LIKE POST SALE.. I also wrote to AutoTrader and will also call the BBB.. this is the oldest scam in the Car business. They must think us old guys forgot how bad a practice this is, and how rude people in any business should not be talking to prospects or customers ... More
I bought a car from this dealer S500 4Matic. I originally went in there because i saw a couple of different cars on their website. When i went in to see those cars, I was told that those cars were not availa went in there because i saw a couple of different cars on their website. When i went in to see those cars, I was told that those cars were not available because they were damaged and being shipped overseas. I decided to buy a S500 4Matic. I was made many promises that were not kept, like missing floor mats, scratches on the bumper that i had to go in 3 times to get fixed, missing shifter knob. Before i purchased the car, i asked them if the car had been in a accident they told me it was never in a accident. After i bought the car, i found out from my insurance guy, that the car was involved in a accident before. Very shady dealership!!!! Please do your research before purchasing anything from this place! More

My partner and I have been looking to purchase a car for several months now and have looked at over 10 different dealerships for the perfect vehicle. A co worker of mine mentioned that she purchased her car several months now and have looked at over 10 different dealerships for the perfect vehicle. A co worker of mine mentioned that she purchased her car at this dealership and insisted that we stop by and check it out before purchasing. I called two weeks ago and set up an appointment to look at 2 different vehicles that had caught our attention online. Upon arriving to the dealership, our sales rep. Arthur was ready to take care of us, no long waits or anything, we thought that was a great way to start. Arthur was fantastic. He understood what we were looking for and took the time to pull up his inventory and show us other vehicles that might interest us. We looked at 5 different cars and were encouraged by Arthur to test drive any which one, we drove 3 and as predicted, fell in love with one of them...our first choice online and at the dealership. We are both very happy to recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We really felt appreciated and everything went so smoothly. We purchased our car for the best price and feel that this was def. the way to go. We just wanted to share our experience and with others the best of luck! More
Stay away from this dealership as they are not professionals and have no exp on what they are selling. The cars are overpriced and not in good conditions at all. Damages in the interiors and exterior with scratches and dents. Headlights not working TPMS not working as well. Do yourself a favor and save your time by not going to this establishment. Advertisement is not accurate. If you find a car you like on their website, don't bother to go there as they will not have the car there. I was told that one of the cars I was looking for was "being driven by a manager" but "don't worry none of the employees live far". Are you kidding?! The employees are driving the cars around as if they own them. Just check there BBB rating it is a sad rating of F. That speaks for itself. More
I live in upstate NY and drove 6 hrs. to purchase a 2009 BMW 335. On my way there I got a phone call from Tia (my salesperson) that the car was having computer problems. I was angry and disappointed to say the least, but I stopped and got my girlfriend and I something to eat and waited for Tia's call. She called me back and told me the car had to go to the dealer for service and should still come down. I told her how disappointed I was but she assured me that I would leave happy. For some reason I believed her. I got to the dealership 3 hrs. later. I eventually bought a 2010 Audi A5 with better mileage and lower price. I can say that this car is my dream car. Tia was true to her word and I left the dealership extremely happy. More

The sales person showed me the car I was looking for but soon to find out the ML350 I was looking for was not the car, I need a bigger vehicle. They carry a wide range of vehicle and the sales guy showed me a GL450. I fell in love with the car and features along with the size that I needed. Everything was great, thanks to the detail guys my vehicle looks brand new! I wish this dealership luck and would recommend for anyone to try out 21 Century if you want to save money and get respected as a buyer not as money (Commission) like other dealers would. To bad I couldn't drive away with what the owner was driving, CL600, maybe next time! More
