I live in upstate NY and drove 6 hrs. to purchase a 2009 BMW 335. On my way there I got a phone call from Tia (my salesperson) that the car was having computer problems. I was angry and disappointed to say the least, but I stopped and got my girlfriend and I something to eat and waited for Tia's call. She called me back and told me the car had to go to the dealer for service and should still come down. I told her how disappointed I was but she assured me that I would leave happy. For some reason I believed her. I got to the dealership 3 hrs. later. I eventually bought a 2010 Audi A5 with better mileage and lower price. I can say that this car is my dream car. Tia was true to her word and I left the dealership extremely happy. More

I called this dealership and was greeted by the internet sales department with warmth and confidence that I would get great deal. There was no hassle over the phone and was invited in for their Labor day bl sales department with warmth and confidence that I would get great deal. The sales person showed me the car I was looking for but soon to find out the ML350 I was looking for was not the car, I need a bigger vehicle. They carry a wide range of vehicle and the sales guy showed me a GL450. I fell in love with the car and features along with the size that I needed. Everything was great, thanks to the detail guys my vehicle looks brand new! I wish this dealership luck and would recommend for anyone to try out 21 Century if you want to save money and get respected as a buyer not as money (Commission) like other dealers would. To bad I couldn't drive away with what the owner was driving, CL600, maybe next time! More

Wouldnt choose another delership besides 21 Century. Made a purchase with this group about 4 months ago and couldnt be happier to this day. Never buy anything from them. Such a pain to buy a car from them. Cars listed on website are really good deal, but dealers will tell you the cars have been sold and ask you to buy another car. Actually the car is still aviable but they want to sell them for higher price. I am the example. I brought the same car listed on thire website for $2000 dollor more. and then they added another $1850 on my final payment. It has been two month since i bought the car. And they still hold my registration and plate. Because dealer said I didn't pay the downpayment which is not true. I mailed a official bank check with overnight mail service, the dealer received it, and they lost it a week later. How can they lost a bank check??? Now they want me to pay them again!!! Why? Why have I response their lost? I don't even know what I am going to do? I did my police report. Now I am consulting with a lawyer. Such a pain! We see. More

Worst dealer ever! They list great cars at resonable price online to get you there and then after hours of travel you finally make to the shop you find out that the car you are looking for is no longer price online to get you there and then after hours of travel you finally make to the shop you find out that the car you are looking for is no longer available ( they usually tell you the car is sold couple hours or days before you arrive or the car has some issuses they didn't find out and need to be repaired). They then try to sale you some other trash cars they have in their parking lot, and do trust me those cars are really trash (test drived several cars, all have a lot of problems). Don't even bother to call them ahead and tell them to keep the car because they will just lie to you. And also, find a lot of good reviews of this dealer on cars.com , absolutely fake! My only suggestion, never go to this dealer. Ever! More

this place is great! as soon as i walked in i was approached by dealers ready to satisfy my needs in a dream car. The finance department offered me a great deal an i took it! The car had a few scratches that i noticed and the next day they took it in for repair.
