I bought a 2010 Mercedes Benz r350 with 41,000 miles. I traded in my 2011 Audi A4 and id say I got a very good price for it. The car was nice but was too low for me and hard to get in and out of because of traded in my 2011 Audi A4 and id say I got a very good price for it. The R- class is perfect and I love all the remedies the Benz comes with, backup camera is the coolest and of course the navigation. The sales guy jayson was great as well as the sales manager Vady. Well id say I had a great experience there. Good place to buy a real nice car, and they have tons of nice one's. Thanks again. More

The price was fair, not the cheapest I've seen, but I felt comfortable because the car was immaculate! Not even a scratch on it. I had a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport that they gave me fair market value for, and away I went in my new Benz! Arthur was tremendously knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I just wanted to share my experience with 21st Century Auto Group. Before passing judgment please read the whole email. 18 months ago my wife and I purchased a BMW X5 from there. Hours after we pulled off Auto Group. Before passing judgment please read the whole email. 18 months ago my wife and I purchased a BMW X5 from there. Hours after we pulled off the lot the check engine light went on and a SOS Malfunction light went on. I was working with the Mechanic Sammy who tried hard to fix the car. There were other smaller issues that he corrected immediately but the check engine light and other lights continued to appear. The Mechanic who was awesome to us continued to take the car in and try to fix it, but within days after we all thought it was fixed those lights continued to appear. Since we purchased a Warranty we figured we would go directly to BMW instead of going back to the dealership. What happened after that was puzzling. We found out although we did purchase the Warranty the Finance Manager never activated so we spent the next several months going back and forth with him to no avail. Finally I decided to write a letter to the owner. The owner immediately got back to us and told Sammy the Mechanic to fix whatever was wrong regardless of the cost. Sammy did everything he could but it turns out we needed a special sensor from BMW and they kept sending the wrong one. After this happed several time over a 3 month period the Mechanic went into the owner who asked me how we can rectify the situation. Our only request was if they can’t fix this car just give us a car of equal value, nothing more nothing less. From there Sammy, yes the Mechanic brokered a meeting with the General Manager. I was leery at first because I was concerned it was the same people who I felt did me wrong to begin with. But what I found instead was they cleaned house. All the Managers were different and the experience after that was actually pleasant. They showed us some SUV’s which were of equal value. During this period of time Sammy the head Mechanic walked us through the process and gave us the low down on every car we looked at. Since he couldn’t fix our original car he felt obligated to walk us through every detail on the next car and wouldn’t let us leave until he gave all the information on every car. If you had a bad experience in the past give them another try. They cleaned house and seem serious about cleaning their reputation. I would go back because I completely trust the Mechanic and new Sales Manager. I feel comfortable they would stand by the sale but that wasn’t the case when this started. I absolutely promise you I have no affiliation with them at all. They just did me right and I felt the need to express it as I did jump all over them when things were not working out. More
