I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus LX470 from Steven at 21 Century Auto. Being located in Miami FLorida, I was somewhat hesitant and anxious of buying a car I had never seen. Steven went out of his way to make sure I knew everything about the car I was buying - including sending me videos and even using Facetime to do a video call so I could see it! He was always immediately responsive on my thousands of questions and did everything I asked of him, he stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process, I mean, who does that?- 21 Century! When it came time to have it shipped, he worked with my shipper and met him at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night to make sure everything got loaded correctly and safely for transport. I can't say enough about the service I got from Steven and his team, and would never be hesitant of buying from them in the future. More

This dealership and their salesmen give used car dealers a bad name. Poor customer service and they try to scam you with all of their hidden fees. They advertise their prices as one thing, not that competitive with other dealers but decently low. Then when you get to the sales table, they tack on thousands of dollars of "dealer fees." Hear me, no other reputable dealer does anything like this. Customary to expect a $300-450 dealer document fee but 21st Century Auto Group tries to charge you THOUSANDS ($2,500) for "inspections, detailing and stock." I test drove two of their so-called "inspected vehicles" and they both registered check engine and brake lights. To add insult to injury, if you go further in the process, once you get to financing, they try and charge another $500 for "finance office" fees. None of this they disclose in your final contract. They hide it in the cost of the car. Be warned and take your business elsewhere. More

My experience with the rest of the staff was great, there was an issue that he needed to get approval from the owner on, and that also went very smoothly. It seems as though this place really has it together. From the sales staff all the way to upper management. I felt welcomed and not pressured at all for any reason. They worked with me and made my purchase fit into my budget without shorting me of any options that i was looking for. I will be referring my friend to come and purchase a car from Steve. More

This dealer shop is located on convenient location on US 22. Steve is a sales manager and he never say no from the greeting to the end of the deal and purchasing process. There is "hidden" fees and Steve is very honest person. He explained everything he knows and helped me "anything" I want to. I'm glad I have a good deal with Steve today. This dealer shop is best place to buy "luxury" cars if you need to save $$$ in addition to having a reliable one for your safety in daily life. Thank you for all services, Steve! More

I read some of the less than 3 star reviews for this dealership on Yelp and I was surprised to say the least. I can only share my experience with this Dealer - but here it is - TWO THUMBS UP for all of dealership on Yelp and I was surprised to say the least. I just purchased my 1st Bavarian beauty at their dealership yesterday I spent more than 3 weeks researching (I'm a professional market researcher by the way) and had visited their lot 4 times. I'll admit Sales Guy was a bit rough around the edges to negotiate with at first but once we established what would work for us both (and after encountering several other awful dealerships & their less than professional sales staff) - I realized that he simply means business and only GOOD business. This dealership and their team are honest, they care about providing customers with transparency (and great service) and their luxury cars are in stellar condition. Manager was nothing short of exceptional - never pushy (even after 4 visits from me), polite, considerate and he carefully followed through with my questions/concerns. The finance guru/partner and was very accommodating with my tedious purchasing needs (i'm not someone who forks out large sums of $$$ without being 100% prepared). at the end - they also sent me home with a fresh, high quality cigar. Coming the dealership I had my reservations because it was a drive for me. I was coming with my daughters from a far way in Florida. To our arrival not only was the car that we put a deposit on prepped and available but everything from the service of the salespeople and reception amazing put the finance department delivered on everything! Definitely worth the travel! 21st is amazing and in coming back! Usually dork so these reviews but I felt compelled because the negative reviews written were NOT helpful. More
