Welcoming with tons of great quality cars and wonderful people that are true and honest. While I was there I also spoke with Dima who was ready to answer any and all of my questions in regards to a BMW I was looking to purchase. The car was exactly as described online and over the phone. CLEAN CARFAX and for a pure gem of a vehicle. Dima and Igor were able to work with me and came to a great price that nobody in the area were able to come anywhere near. I currently own the BMW that I was dreaming to own and without a doubt; enjoying every last minute of it. wonderful experience I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and was trying to find the best deal out there that would make me happy and my wallet happy. I w I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and was trying to find the best deal out there that would make me happy and my wallet happy. I was on my way to my parents house and saw 21st Century Auto Group so I decided what the heck let me stop in. I was greeted right away by a salesman and the receptionist, they were very nice and professional. I asked the salesman to give me a few minutes to browse their inventory for it was my first time here. The gentleman said no problem and walked away. I browsed their very large inventory and was surprised on how many different cars they had and how clean they were. I narrowed my search down to 3 cars I really liked. I found the gentleman who had first said hello to me and asked him to help me and he said it would be his pleasure. I test drove all 3 cars and the salesman explained all the cars to me in detail and was very thorough which I really liked. I finally chose the car I liked, which was an Infiniti, and now was prepared to hear that it wouldn't fit my budget, boy was I wrong. After explaining to the salesman exactly what my budget was and how much I was willing to put down he assured me that he would work with the finance manager and do everything in his power to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. After about an hour or so of going back and forth with the finance manager and my fiancé on my cell phone, we came to the perfect agreement. I picked up my car the following day, it was sparkling and better than when I saw it the day before. I CAN NOT express how amazing everyone was at the dealership and how happy I am that everything went so smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful car no matter what make it is, they have a huge selection to choose from. I walked in the door and was warmly greeted immediately by a salesperson named Joseph. I didn't have an appointment but he was available to work with me that day. We walked the showroom and the lot. Needless to say he was knowledgable on the vehicles and steered me In the right dorection. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive car and he actually steered me away from cars that would not have been the best one. I got to test drive the vehicle without Joseph actually in the car with me. That was a first. I honestly fell in love with the vehicle. After some good negotiating I even got a good price on it as well. I would definitely recommend using this dealership. Please talk to Joseph if you do go. My best advice is to go on a day they are not busy early in the week is the day I went. More

As we looked, we were approached by sales person, who introduced himself and opened the car for further inspection. I was impressed with the friendly and unassuming demeanor of Igor. We not only looked at the ML450 but as other cars caught my eye, we checked out those as well. To make long story short, I chose the car I originally wanted to see and purchased it. I was pleasantly surprised that all purchasing process went as quickly as it did. Finances, warrantee, credit and related issues along with all questions and concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with the process, but especially pleased with the owner - Dmitry Zeldin.
