The EPITOME of Bait and Switch My wife and I have been looking for a used Porsche Cayenne for a few months and I had actually found a few vehicles online through cars.com that fit t My wife and I have been looking for a used Porsche Cayenne for a few months and I had actually found a few vehicles online through cars.com that fit the criteria at 21st Century Auto Group. I emailed them my interests and made an appointment for a store visit from 2 1/2 hours away an entire week in advance. I then confirmed the appointment NOT ONCE but actually THREE Times making sure all three vehicles were still available and on the premises to view. All THREE calls confirmed that the vehicles were there and ready to been test driven. The day of my appointment, I quadruple checked this vehicle information before making the 120 one way mile trek and again they reassured me all was well. To my and my spouse's complete HORROR and surprise NONE of the vehicles we had come to see were there when we walked into their "establishment" EXACTLY on the dot of our scheduled appointment time. In a baffled state of confusion, I asked both salesman and General Manger "HOW COULD THIS BE?" which they retorted with 'Sorry they were sold a while ago but come look at this one" (which was $11,000 MORE thank the ones I had made the appointment for). My family owns one of the most successful dealerships in the Northeast for the past 38 years and I've come across some bizarre situations. NEVER have I EVER been MORE duped than from this JOKE of a dealership!! As I just reviewed their website only 10 minutes ago, do you believe they still have these SAME Porsche models online for sale? All I can sale is beware of the Bait and Switch for this place is one web of underhanded deceit and LIES!!! I wouldn't purchase a pair of socks from them. More

It had the extended factory warranty with additional services available, the records of how clean the car is and stressed as a selling point was supported by the Audi service records and 100% true. I could say much more about my car, but the experience of the buy was easy, stress free and after all is said and done, what I thought I was getting and what they promised me I was getting was delivered. I am a much satisfied customer and would recommend 21st Century for your next car buying experience. More
