He answered every call, reconfirmed every appointment and gave me hope that I will leave with a car for sure. Justice keeps it real, no sugar coating. I told him my situation, and he said he would make it happen and that's exactly what he did. All I needed was to get out of a tight situation, and into my own car loan. But I shared with Justice that the Audi was my dream car. Justice and Joe made my dream, a reality. They have great chemistry and Justice made a down right impossible situation POSSSIBLE. Ramy was professional and knowledgeable and I could tell was confident in the quality and caliper of vehicle he was offering me. I honestly was sold on the phone even before I got to the dealership. Upon arriving he greeted my fiancé and I and truly took the apprehensiveness out of the tedious car buying experience. We explained to him our needs and Ramy accommodated each and every one of them. I have to say, this guy was great all around, and was truly knowledgeable and helped us meet all of out needs. The entire buying experience was actually fun and we enjoyed every minute of it. This isn't the first used luxury car I have purchased but I guarantee you that all of my future purchases will be made at 21 century. I have already referred all of my colleagues to Ramy after they drooled this morning all over my new S class. On a side note, this dealership is probably the most fancy dealership I have ever been too. They must have 100s of thousands of dollars of exotic fish in in-wall aquariums. My Husband and I made it perfectly clear we were not interested in a lot of "salesman haggling" and our sales associate Justice Hodges was very respectful of the that. We were not pressured to look at other vehicles, we were left alone to look freely. Due to the lack of pressure (which is a turn off for me), we did find something else we were interested in and made the purchase. We gave our bottom line and Justice made it happen. I am happy to say we are very pleased with our purchase and our experience. More

I DIDNT CALL BEFOE COMING BUT THE SECOND I CAME THEY HAD THREE OF THE R 350'S THAT WE WANTED! It really worked out perfect! My husband and I even purchased a lifetime warranty for just $30 extra dollars a month! this place is great def recommend, the bad reviews aren't anything like how this place really is. Oscar was great! More
