The dealership also has an impressive collection of luxury cars, although I wasn't looking to buy one. I also thought that I was treated fairly on my trade in. The downside of the dealership is their bait and switch advertising. Their Internet prices are after subtracting $2500 of rebates that most people won't qualify for- military rebate, recent graduate, prior customer. The real price is $2500 more than advertised. What is sillier is that the price on the window sticker is ridiculous. The sticker on the car I bought was $20,000, the Internet price was $9,775, and neither price was close to what they would sell the car for. More

I recently visited 21st Century Auto Group to purchase a car; well I ended up purchasing two (2) cars, a Mercedes 2009 CLK 550 convertible and a Mercedes 2012 ML 350 SUV. I have been to many car dealerships in the US and overseas; however, the service and expertise of Justice and the team at 21st Century Auto Group will forever be etched in my best car shopping memories. Justice greeted me with his warm smile and gentle approach. He was patient and offered several truly great recommendations based on my particular tastes and liking. He quickly ascertained what I was looking for and his knowledge of 21st Century Auto Group’s car inventory was impressive and outstanding. Justice has noteworthy sales ability and skills, which are immediately apparent when one interacts with him. His work ethic and dedication to me was impeccable. Poor Salemenship From the internet I reviewed several cars for sale all the same make and model. I was in the area and decided to stop and see a few of them. As I approached a salesman, I asked if they had one of the cars from the web site and he asked me if I liked the car. I informed him that I could not answer until I saw the car. As we sat down at a desk, he asked me for the listing number which I gave him. He punched a few keys and said he's not sure about the car, so I gave him another. Again he could not provide any detail. He then asked for my driver licenses. I've never been asked this before when just looking, so I told him lets look at the cars first. If I'm interest, I'll provide my personal info prior to taking test drive. At this point, he stood up and told me to go find the cars myself and walked away. I don't believe they ever had these cars on the lot. They list 12 on the web site and I couldn't even find one of the same make and model. More

I was purchasing a car that was from Canada and no one could assure me the emission standards were the same in America. After sitting down I quickly realized the price listed was not even close to what they were actually selling it for. They added close to $2,000 in rebates that i did not qualify for (read the disclaimer). In typical car sales fashion I was there for 5hrs but at the end of the day I left with the car I wanted and payments where I needed. All the staff was professional and very nice. More
