Absolutely horrible service. Bought a 2020 Ram 2500 from these guys. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my permanent plates from the DMV. Tried calling 21st Century’ Bought a 2020 Ram 2500 from these guys. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my permanent plates from the DMV. Tried calling 21st Century’s licensing department multiple times and no one ever answered. Left multiple voice mails and no one ever returned my calls. Got hung up on multiple times when asking to speak to a manager. Mind you, I had to speak to people in sales just to try and get in contact with someone!!! I need this vehicle for work but they refuse to give me any kind of update. HORRIBLE SERVICE never will I ever buy a vehicle here again. More
