Usually they are breathing down your neck and you could tell, all they care about is their commission. Justice was different, he not only loves his job but he is willing to go beyond, and have gone beyond for me. 5 stars! I was hesitant about buying a vehicle from a dealership because of a previous experience. Plus, you hear horror stories of what others experience, fro I was hesitant about buying a vehicle from a dealership because of a previous experience. Plus, you hear horror stories of what others experience, from lemon cars to over-aggressive salespeople. But I had a surprisingly pleasant experience with 21st century auto group. No trying to push a vehicle off on me that I didn't want (they had the vehicle I wanted - a used truck - and I liked it, so, I'm glad. Some people will try to talk you out of the one you want for a newer one), finance was quick (thanks, Lilia! and thanks for explaining stuff to me!), the sales person (John) was nice, and the other staff was friendly, as well. If you're in the market for a vehicle, check out 21st century auto group! Happy owner of Toyota Sequoia :) More
