5 stars! I was hesitant about buying a vehicle from a dealership because of a previous experience. Plus, you hear horror stories of what others experience, fro I was hesitant about buying a vehicle from a dealership because of a previous experience. Plus, you hear horror stories of what others experience, from lemon cars to over-aggressive salespeople. But I had a surprisingly pleasant experience with 21st century auto group. No trying to push a vehicle off on me that I didn't want (they had the vehicle I wanted - a used truck - and I liked it, so, I'm glad. Some people will try to talk you out of the one you want for a newer one), finance was quick (thanks, Lilia! and thanks for explaining stuff to me!), the sales person (John) was nice, and the other staff was friendly, as well. Best deal on a 2011 Caddy AWD SRX! Was on my way to look at a 2010 black SRX at a dealer in Union and said to myself take a minute to look at the 2011 silver SRX that I saw online adver Was on my way to look at a 2010 black SRX at a dealer in Union and said to myself take a minute to look at the 2011 silver SRX that I saw online advertised for over $2000.00 less at 21 Century. I was all prepared to just look at it walk out and go purchase the black one but once I gave it the once over Justice sold me on it I purchased it on the spot. Now that I have 2011 silver SRX with the chrome package featuring the chrome mesh grill I wonder why I even considered the higher price 2010 black SRX. Thanks Justice for selling me on this ride. More
