Complete bait and switch place, very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Drove 2 1/2 hours for a truck the said had no issues. When I got there, they told me the truck's frame was bent and didn't pass ins unprofessional. Drove 2 1/2 hours for a truck the said had no issues. Someone who didn't know what they were looking at may have been swindled on the 2nd truck as well. Tires were bald, suspension was suspect, and transmission was slipping. Complete waste of time. More

I am used to the stereotypical used car salesman treatment as a female, but this place tops them all. HORRIBLE customer service. I inquired about a car and was contacted back via text. I explained that I am across the country so unable to come in person, so I was asked when I was available for a phone call. I gave very specific times with my time zone each time. An appointment was made for 11/2 at 7pm (I specified any time after 5pm PST). I was called at 4pm PST which was an hour earlier than my availability, so missed the call. I then received messages stating I missed my appointment. I responded then was told all appointments are in person. So I took screenshots of the previous messages and sent them. I was then called by a salesman at 5:46pm PST, which I answered. He was rude - told me I missed my appointment, I stated I had provided specific times and that I couldn’t come in person. He said I was in the system twice so he combined it, but his tone was irritated. He then stated “sorry, the car is no longer available.” I was asked about considering another vehicle. I stated I was only interested in the specific one, the only way I would consider a different one was if it were the other white color in the limited trim. I was told they only had blue in limited, which I’m not interested in and said as much. The interaction was blunt and matter of fact. I was a little confused since there had already been a lot of discussion about the appointment prior, so why have the appointment at all if the car wasn’t available? The following day I opened my internet browser, which was still on their website. I decided to look at the other available vehicles and saw the one I was just told had sold still available AND with an almost $4000 price reduction. So, I had my husband contact them to see if he would be told anything different. He was told by “Jack” that it was available and also offered to schedule an appointment. Wow. I decided to #1 never do business with them and #2 look at their customer reviews. First thing I noticed was that you cannot see their negative reviews on their page. There’s an option to filter from worst to best, but when you do that an error page comes up. So I went to google and down the rabbit hole. With that I discovered they have had lawsuits brought against them for bait and switch and other bad business practices. I went as far as reading the public records for the lawsuits.I wrote a review in their page about everything that had happened so far and I was going to leave it there, but then yesterday I received a text from Julian Palacios saying “you recently inquired about a vehicle but I haven’t heard from you...” So I responded to them about how I was told the car was sold, but the following day my husband was told it was available. The reply I received said I missed my appointment and asked when I came in. So I went over everything about how I didn’t miss the appointment (again). Things really took a turn south after that. Julian (claims he’s the owner?) is condescending and unhinged. He told me the car was sold so “we can get over that” and that I never answer when he calls. I went back over how I gave specific availability and can’t answer when I’m working and that the car STILL shows available. (Why would he need to keep calling me if the car was sold?) I included a screenshot from the 2018 lawsuit, highlighting the part about “a pattern of deceptive practices” This morning I wake up to 4 text messages begging with him saying he texted me the car was sold (only after I told him a salesman told me on the phone 11/2). Another text stating “no sales man ever spoke to you as well” (essentially calling me a liar), then wanting to know my husband’s name and number. I responded with what actually happened and about how horrible the customer service is. I specifically stated “there is no reason for you to continue messaging me, It’s borderline harassment, etc.) and provided screenshots of my call history. *more More
