I called him about a car a few weeks ago which I seen online, and he was honest about every little details the first chance he got. When he was finished with other customers before me at 21st century auto group, he keep his word. When he got into his office, he called me immediately to check the status of what was available, finance options, and affordable payments. Now that is what you call great customer service. I previously purchased a Nissan Altima from 21st century as well and I have to say Lawrence is the salesman to see and will be our sales person for life. He has won my family trust in vehicles.
