We went to 1st dealership because it's right by our house. We pulled up and here came Angela - smiling to help us. I liked her right off the bat because of her smart shoes - flats that really look comfortable. Also her Jewelry was beautiful and matched perfectly to her outfit, but did not look to expensive. The reason I say these things is that her first impression made me feel comfortable. If you are comfortable with your sales rep, you are more likely to be able to talk to them about the price you want to pay and what you really need in a car.
