I had a great experience! Robert Martel assisted me and it was a pleasure working with him the entire time because I didn't feel the need to worry. I didn’t feel swindled at any point, which is big deal fo it was a pleasure working with him the entire time because I didn't feel the need to worry. As a woman, I’ve experienced numerous arbitrary up-sells over the years due to the service tech simply assuming that I know nothing about my vehicle. Robert didn’t make that disrespectful assumption. He's kind and genuine, very transparent about the repairs, and just an overall personable man. My car is running like new. The engine is softly purring again and the transmission performance is flawless. I only had to wait a few days for a major job to be completed and my dusty tires got a good shine out of it too. 5 stars to Robert & his team! More
