I've been going to 1st Nissan since I started driving and I've always had a good experience with Nissan. My recent service for my 2019 Altima SR at 60K miles was to change out the transmission fluid and to t I've always had a good experience with Nissan. My recent service for my 2019 Altima SR at 60K miles was to change out the transmission fluid and to take a look at my rear shocks. Another mechanic at a separate shop that replaced my tires said they may need a look, and when I brought it into the dealer, I explained what I was told and they said they would be sure to take a look. When I got the call later that day, they explained to me that there was nothing wrong with the shocks and they were performing at manufacturer's spec. I also noticed my transmission has been a lot smoother after the fluid was replaced, so it was another great visit. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative, and Greg really took the time to go over the details with me. More

Service was quick and reliable as I have driven the vehicle for over a week and noticed the car performed much better. Rafael informed me that there was some additional maintenance needed that I hadn't vehicle for over a week and noticed the car performed much better. Rafael Martinez was not friendly service advisor, did not smile, and didn't try to accommodate me in trying to get to work on time. Once the manager who overheard the conversation from the back, he came out smile, and didn't try to accommodate me in trying to get to work on time.
