I've got a 2005 Pilot with only 56,000, had a front and rear brake job with ALL rotors to be turned and fluid change. Shortly after the brakes started to make a grinding sound and took it in and they lubed rear brake job with ALL rotors to be turned and fluid change. Shortly after the brakes started to make a grinding sound and took it in and they lubed something and noise stopped, but it came back again, so I took it in again and they said the brakes were perfect! I figured that it might go away but after about 4,500 I had enough and went to Midas to find out that the rear rotors were warped because they were never turned! Contacted the Manager and was told he wasn't around when my brakes were done but he would talk to the tech who did it and I got the rotors turned at Midas cheaper than they do it for? I ALREADY paid for them to do it!! I'll NEVER take any of my vehicles to this dealer again... Highly Disappointed! More

Don (the Service Mgr. ) was very efficient. The phone system is terrible to deal with. I wish this dealer has more service technicians so that the wait time to have cars ) was very efficient. From the time my wife and I arrived, we were greeted by Service rep Ryan Davis and John Flanagan, they immediately wrote us up, the prices were the best of the other dealers we had been to, and thes3 guys Service rep Ryan Davis and John Flanagan, they immediately wrote us up, the prices were the best of the other dealers we had been to, and thes3 guys 8new what they were doing and what I wanted them to to to myHonda Clarity. They were great! We were comfy in the waiting room, comp beverages, etc and seating. I reside in Sherman Oaks, a good $instance from Simi Valley but trust me, the dealers in my area don’t (old a candle to Simi Valley Honda. They are more than worth the ride to come here to have my car maint performed. In fact, my wife andi rather enjoy the scenic ride of hills and space snd find it relaxing. More

I have been using First Honda Service since I bought my 2006 Civic. Service agents are friendly and knowledgeable. I have to wait for my car so they always try their best to get my car done ASAP.
