My husband and I were shopping for a lease for the first time. We test drove a CRV, and had lots of questions about a lease. We did not have the same experience at the other dealership and the deal was not as good. We returned to First Honda Simi and had more questions and made our decision. We spoke to Joe and Michael and they were wonderful (Johann and Stu were not there the day we returned). Joe explained all about the lease and Michael explained and showed us everything about the car. The whole process was very smooth, each person we met along the way was polite, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had.
