When you're assisted by a helpful salesman, your experience in a dealership will be positive. If they are very helpful, then it creates for a wonderful experience. He was very nice and cordial and made an effort to create a relationship rather than just a transaction. From the first greeting to the test drive to crunching the numbers and even until days after our purchase, we felt cared for. I cannot give high regards to the other members of the dealership which unlike Albert, were impersonal and intimidating, which downgraded our overall experience. We love our new vehicle and the deal we got was awesome. Hopefully, our experience with their service department will be great as well. More
