Chase took me down to the garage to get the car I've been eyeing, a 2018 Accord 2.0 in the sickest blue paint job. I was sold on the test drive. We came back to the dealership where I met Juan and he promised they would work with me to help me take the car home. I came back that Friday just to talk numbers, not expecting to take the car. Quick and easy experience I came to the dealer to see if a Honda Accord would be the right fit for me and that’s all I really wanted to do. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable (which is unusual for us when purchasing new vehicles). Since we were not sure about the exact model and options we wanted, Gabe patiently allowed us to check out any and every vehicle we were interested in-and boy, we sure did. :) He was very professional and extremely dedicated. I had previously visited thousands oaks Honda and was not treated the same. They continued to leave me with no service multiple times and in the end wasted 2 hours of my time. I knew to visit first Honda of Simi Valley because 8 years ago I was impressed with how fast and efficient the service was there. I told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Gabriel cut right to the chase and showed me the car I was looking for. The total time spend there was only 3 hours which amazes me. Car buying can be a headache but not at first Honda of simi valley. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle. They’re great!! More
