1st Honda Simi Valley

I've got a 2005 Pilot with only 56,000, had a front and rear brake job with ALL rotors to be turned and fluid change. Shortly after the brakes started to make a grinding sound and took it in and they lubed rear brake job with ALL rotors to be turned and fluid change. Shortly after the brakes started to make a grinding sound and took it in and they lubed something and noise stopped, but it came back again, so I took it in again and they said the brakes were perfect! I figured that it might go away but after about 4,500 I had enough and went to Midas to find out that the rear rotors were warped because they were never turned! Contacted the Manager and was told he wasn't around when my brakes were done but he would talk to the tech who did it and I got the rotors turned at Midas cheaper than they do it for? I ALREADY paid for them to do it!! I'll NEVER take any of my vehicles to this dealer again... Highly Disappointed! More

Dean the sales manager is also very reasonable and doesn't play games or try to trick you into anything like some sales managers. Paul (finance manager) is very very slow and made an otherwise excellent experience end poorly to the point I wanted to leave ASAP. He is not terribly friendly and like I said VERY slow. If you want a Honda, Zabi is your man! He is absolutely exceptional in every way. Just pray you get Ozzy as your finance manager instead. More
