1st Honda Simi Valley

We wanted to say thank you for our recent visit to Honda of Simi Valley last Sunday where we were greeted and served by Bobby Tarafdar. I will say that this was the best experience that I have had with regard to car dealerships. I did not feel any pressure but was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Our daughter enjoyed the play room while we processed our paperwork. Bobby Tarafdar was able to communicate with my husband in his native language and come to find out that they are from the same town growing up, in fact it turns out that Mr. Tarafdar's mother was my husbands school teacher. I would highly recommend this dealership and the services of Bobby Tarafdar to others and feel very comfortable to return should we need any services in the future- which I usually tend to shy aware from, due to lack of comfort. It has been almost 10 years since my last new car purchase (which was also a Honda vehicle) but I went through the Costco program at the time just to avoid the dealership. I would say that our visit Sunday was enjoyable which I never thought I would say about a visit to a car dealership. Thank you very much for the excellent service and for having quality staff that provide customers with such wonderful treatment. All in all it was ok. Albert was great and seems honest. Stu is a bit more of the stereotypical "car salesman" and can be brash. I would recommend this dealership just be prepared and have a firm goal. Service department is GREAT. friendly and knowledgeable service staff and facility is very nice/clean waiting area is nice; offers snacks, comfy seating, and wifi. More

Our family was in the market for a new car recently. We visited a number of different dealerships over a period of a few weeks and there are a lot of nice cars to choose from. Johann David was our sales consultant at First Honda. The dealership is bright and clean. Our first trip to First Honda was to look around and test drive. We called to make sure Johann was there on our return visit. Johann was a pleasure to work with. He sure knows his cars. We were considering the CRV, the Pilot, and Odyssey. He could answer any question we had. He was very patient, friendly, and genuine. We felt very comfortable with him and he made the process hassle free. Stu Miller, sales manager, was super nice and friendly too. He really made every effort to be fair and honest. Lamberto Villanueva, finance manager, was also a great person to work with, helping two days with additional paperwork. These three people really are there for the customer and there to help any way they can. We were there on a Sunday both times and everyone seemed friendly and wanted to be there working. That is my honest opinion. We purchased an Odyssey and can compare it to a luxury vehicle. It rides very smooth and is beautiful. When shopping for a car start and end with Johann. He even showed every feature after the purchace and helped set up the car bluetooth and cell phone. He was patient, especially with our very active 6 year old son who liked to be involved in the process too. Thank you. More
