The negotiating process was fairly painless until the Sales Mgr. came in, but I think he was only doing his job. All-in-all, I am satisfied with my purchase. I visited the dealer a couple of months back and was welcomed by Albert Rodriguez. I did not find the used car I wanted, so he took my info and called me about 5 times over a period of two months to com welcomed by Albert Rodriguez. He was always very friendly. When my wife decided that we would be better off getting a new Honda Civic instead of waiting for a used one, I called Albert and suggested a price. We had a very good experience at First Honda. The sales staff was courteous and professional and continually asked us if we had questions about any of the vehicles or options. Albert made sure we had thor staff was courteous and professional and continually asked us if we had questions about any of the vehicles or options. Albert made sure we had thorough test drives to experience all the options on the vehicles, such as turning radius, back up camera, etc. Lambert in finance was detailed in explaining the contract and we didn't feel pressured to buy any of the warranty/service options. I believe we received a good deal on the Pilot we purchased and a reasonable price for our trade in. Overall, this is one of the better car purchase experiences I've had. More

I came in on a Thursday evening and I first talked with Bobby Tarafdar. He was able to help me with all of my questions about three specific cars that I was looking into. I knew when the need arose for another new car that I would be going to see Albert again. In fact, they didn’t even have the car I wanted, but I still went there and told them what I was willing to pay to keep the money with them, with First Honda, and with the City of Simi Valley. They found the car for me at another area dealer (I helped them with that part a little by telling them who had it based on my own research). While we finished the paperwork, the car drove onto the lot and was detailed for me. I would highly recommend buying a new car from these guys, because they will be very accommodating and helpful to you in getting what you want and need. Albert is a very knowledgable and straightforward individual. Stu knows his stuff about the busineess, can make things happen, and is a pleausre to deal with.
