Terrible Experience, Sketchy, unorganized business. I visited 1and2 automotive and it was possibly the worst experience I have ever had to endure. I should have expected this, from the beginning of my inquiry it has been difficult working with 1and2. It was simply bad business all around. Since the moment I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in I had several different calls from random employees at 1and2 about the vehicle asking for my information and for me to set up an appointment, back to back calls where I had the same conversation repeatedly, almost as if there is no communication between the employees, causing it to be very confusing for me as a buyer. I received automated emails asking me why I had gone quiet although I had spoken with numerous salespersons on the phone that very same day.. Finally, I set up an appointment to come in and see the vehicle one morning. An appointment which I was texted about and even CONFIRMED the same morning. Keep in mind, the people whom I spoke with knew I was 5hrs/352 miles to see the vehicle. When I arrive, I meet with a salesman whom I hadn't spoken with, who doesn't even know which car I was interested in, I talk to him and have to give my information once again only to find out the car I've driven 5 hours to see, got up very early in the morning morning to look at IS NOT AVAILABLE to be viewed. Apparently it's in their shop for something and customers are "not allowed" to go in and look. That's right. The vehicle I had an APPOINTMENT to see and drove over 350 miles to view wasn't even there. The salesman tells me it's because there's no communication at the company between when cars are getting worked on and appointments to see vehicles. Go figure. And one more thing, the information online about this vehicle isn't even correct, the vehicle comments lie about it being a 4-hi and 4-low vehicle. This is just sad, what a terrible experience. No wonder there was a big lawsuit against this shop. More

False advertising On 1/19/19 I went to purchase a truck I saw on line, upon arrival I was asked am I financing or paying cash ( never been asked that before I even look On 1/19/19 I went to purchase a truck I saw on line, upon arrival I was asked am I financing or paying cash ( never been asked that before I even looked at a vehicle) I replied cash then she had me sign in. I waited shortly after my friend asked if we could see the truck since we already knew which one we wanted to see. The gentleman took us into his office and pulled up the 2008 truck , he told me the sales price and with tax and registration , I said ok I want to buy it cash, he left and came back and told me they cannot sell it to me for the advertised price because they had more money in the truck and the company would loose money on the deal. This is a bate and switch and definitely false advertisement, I would not recommend 1and2 automotive to anyone! More

DONT KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!!! TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!. First of all they have an office person that knows nothing about the cars or how the business works make p TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!. First of all they have an office person that knows nothing about the cars or how the business works make promises to you to try to get you to come in. I walked in and asked for Aaron (office person). Some guy said follow me, no introduction, or how can I help you. "What vehicle are you here for?" He then told me Aaron is unavailable and took me into an office and pulled up a credit application and started filling it out and asking me questions. I asked if I could see the vehicle before to see if I was interested. Then he asked what would be my down payment because if I didn't have 3k to put down we were wasting time. I told him I had clear titled Tahoe to trade. He said I can tell you now we will only give 500 to 1000 for it. Mind you, he never even looked at the vehicle. The he said I will have to run your credit before I will even be able to show you the car. I was looking at 2008 10k Yukon not a 100k luxury car. His name was Chris. NO!! More
DID NOT HONOR PRICE. Drove in from OKC. I live in OKC and I found a vehicle I was interested in. I called and spoke with Aaron. We agreed on a price and set an appointment for me to test dri I live in OKC and I found a vehicle I was interested in. I called and spoke with Aaron. We agreed on a price and set an appointment for me to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived the description was incorrect, no back up camera or keyless entry. There was no gas on the vehicle so we could only drive a block. I had to request more gas and drive back to the dealership to test it on the highway. I decided to take the original offer anyway, due to my time investment. They did not honor their price requested full price at $1,000 more than we agreed on. They also requested full payment for TT&L. Since I live in OK, I do not have to purchase TT&L in Texas. This was a huge waste of time and the entire process was awful. I spoke with Aaron after I left and he did not apologize for wasting my team. The sales man I worked was named Larry Wooten. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! More
