Total rip off scam business My son bought a used car for $2,000 that died about 30 minutes after he left the lot. They sold it as is, and were not willing to help him out in any way and were not answering his calls and made him sit in their office for hours before telling him they would do nothing. Apparently, they can get away with scamming people. NEVER USE THEM!!!!! He ended up getting it towed and the mechanic he took it to say the transmission was bad and would cost $2400 to fix. He said the car was worth $150 as is. More

Worst car shopping experience ever!!!! 😑 We saw a car online and called to see if it was available we were told that it was. When we got there we were told that the car was currently being purchased so it was not available. I advised Paul that we were paying cash for a car, we told him the budget, and it seemed like the enthusiasm that he had started to dwindle at that point possibly due to little to no commission on a cash sale vs financing. He then offered to show us other cars that looked no where as nice as the car we came to see. We saw a Lincoln MKX that was beat up and the leather was rubbed out when we asked how much he told us a high amount than the nicer looking car with lesser miles which was a Cadillac SRX. He then brought out this raggedy GMC Arcadia that looked worst than the Lincoln. He asked us to go for a drive to see if we would like it and let me tell you...... I pressed the button to let down the windows and it stopped working. Paul then tried on his side and his window didn't come back up. The driver had to raise the window up from her side. There were buttons missing in the back. Just for sh*ts and giggles I said how much and he said the same price as the Lincoln. I was done. He obviously was to, because at that point he was very nonchalant and had a sense of arrogance like he really didn't care. Please realize that we are paying out our hard earned cash for something that we want to function correctly. It's more than just how the car runs, the interior needs to look decent for the amount we had. Showing us a car with missing buttons on controls, Windows not working, dents, dings, and saying no one is gonna see it is like a slap in the face. I have bought several used cars and not once have I saw such a lack of pride in product as I have saw for 1 and 2 Automotives. On a better note, I did get a follow up call and advised them of the distasteful service and they asked me to come back. Fortunately later that day I had went to another dealership and paid the $10,000 cash for a car. 1 and 2 Automotives I hope you all be great one day but trust me this is not a step in the right direction. More

I continue reading and read a negative comment where the customer stated 1and 2 automotive repossessed his car after he made arrangements. 1 and 2 automotive responded to negative comments by stating wish the person to did not keep the arrangements and wish people would do what they say they are going to do. The response is exactly I want to say to 1 and 2 automotive I wish your dealership would have done what you told me was going to do and not rip me off for 500.00. I question the legitimacy of any company that will take advantage of their customers. I know for a fact 1 and 2 automotive is a rip-off. Also just because you have some favorable reviews does not correct the facts that the dealership takes advantage and uses rip-off tactics. Question 1 and 2 automotive why you don’t just return my 500.00 is the dealership that much in need for money. More
