Thanx Mitsubishi! My visit went well even though Addison, who AI assisted me never sent my info to the Service Dept. My appt was scheduled for 12v Noon on Friday but My visit went well even though Addison, who AI assisted me never sent my info to the Service Dept. My appt was scheduled for 12v Noon on Friday but when I got there ... there was no record of it ! However, the receptionist Kim, was most helpful and got me right in.
