Not to mention the lights coming on on the dashboard including check engine and tire pressure. They claim they had just gotten it, however it was on the lot for over 120 days as per cargurus. This is unacceptable of any dealership and they should be ashamed, the manager Jerry had no care and felt the excuse of they have over 500 cars on the lot to care for was an acceptable excuse. That's not my problem that's yours. You can't take care of your inventory then either hire more staff or downsize. Wasting people's time, and now losing a sale. You may want to steer clear of this dealership they obviously don't want business More

Had a pretty good experience however, still waiting for them to reimburse me money. Niko the sales manager promised to have a company they deal with take out my remote starter on my trade in and give it ba them to reimburse me money. Then they promised to send me a check for $200 to replace the remote starter IN WRITING and I have not received it. Now they're not answering my emails. They were quick to get a sale and did a very good job of getting me a great deal and out the door quickly but are not holding up to their promises which is upsetting. Doug was great in finance and promised to get me into a 60 month car payment by splitting my monthly payments. After signing up I find out that it's actually a 66 month car payment. So please be careful and probably best to get your loan somewhere else and not finance with a dealer. I've learned my lesson. More
