My car went in for a simple recall, and 8 hours after it being there I got a call stating “the car won’t start, it must be the starter” with a ridiculous quote to repair it. How can a car go in working perf being there I got a call stating “the car won’t start, it must be the starter” with a ridiculous quote to repair it. Great sales person, poor upper management. John is probably one of the best sales person that I have ever met. He was very responsive and even called after his normal working hours to try and do everything that he could for us. It was the “general management” that were not customer orientated. We made an offer on a vehicle and were willing to finance just so they could get their “kickback” from financing even though we did not have to finance. With that price, my offer was less than $1,000 from their asking price with me doing them that favor. They would not budge. In fact they told me that if I did not finance, I would have to pay $2,500 more for the car. There were also some questionable fees… a transfer/delivery fee of almost $1,000 even though we would pick up the car. The internet price listed is no where near what you will pay for the car. You literally have to add at least $5,000 before you even get to taxes and DMV fees. The car that we wanted has been there over 6 months. They have driven it another 1,500 miles over what they have listed and just had to replace the windshield. So the value of the car keeps going down the longer they have it, but for less than a $1,000, they will not budge. I feel bad for the sales people because our sales person had the car sold, upper management prevented the sale. This means my sales person lost a sale. It would have been nice if they would have worked with us instead of just turning us down, even though we were willing to finance for them and help them out. The prices online are definitely false advertisement and just a way to get you in the door! Never have seen something to this extreme before in my life. More
