The salesman neglected to give me any information about who the insurance binder should be made out to. Then he scrambled for over an hour get in touch with my company to get the correct ID card. He even i who the insurance binder should be made out to. Then he scrambled for over an hour get in touch with my company to get the correct ID card. He even implied to my insurance company that I was angry with the company when that was not true at all. He was trying to get me to call in a dealership playing loud music with people screaming across the room at each other. When I asked to go somewhere private to make the phone calls they finally opened an office. In all I waited two hours when if the salesman had any brains he would have had the binder done and waiting the day before. Awful. More
