The problem we had was when the bank asked for stipulations which were provided by the customer they changed the structure of the deal by cutting it $8,000. This was the only approval that we had and at that point could not lose that much money on the vehicle and we were unable to deliver. The time spent was due to 2nd test drive and the sales rep going over everything in the vehicle to make sure we were on the right vehicle. There was also time spent trying to get the approval needed from the bank to deliver the vehicle
