The car I purchased was in excellent condition, and they sold it for a fair and reasonable price. They offered their lowest price up front, which took away from the stressful haggling. There was no pressure to buy the car--they allowed my father and I to test drive it by ourselves, without a salesman in the backseat trying to pressure us into buying it. Dennis invited us to check it out on our own because, "If it's a good car, it will sell itself." We didn't purchase the car right away, but wanted to shop around at a few other dealerships. We found a similar car at another place that was a model year newer and slightly cheaper--but we decided to buy from 101 Auto anyways! They were so much more trustworthy, honest, and friendly. Dennis worked hard to get us the best possible financing for the vehicle, and Scott made sure that a faulty tire was replaced at no additional cost to me. I was very impressed with the customer service here, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More
