Having been fully satisfied with our initial experience with # 1 Cochran and with our Outback, we returned to # 1 Cochran, where we leased a 2012 Outback. Our sales consultant, Ms. Ana Johns, with whom we had had a thoroughly positive experience when leasing our 2011 Outback, was exemplarily helpful, going to extraordinary lengths to facilitate the acquisition of a 2012 Outback from another dealer, fully explaining the leasing process, and completely familiarizing us with the new vehicle. Additionally, # 1 Cochran's finance manager, Dave Debruyn, was exceptionally helpful in explaining the financing options and in completing and explicating the paper work and, like Ana Johns, was luminously amiable. We regard # 1 Cochran as a paradigmatic dealership. one that sets a stratospherically high bar for all other dealerships. Cochran was the fourth dealership we visited. We found the Sales folks at Cochran to be very professional. Ed Johnson was more knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle than any of the salespeople the Sales folks at Cochran to be very professional. Ed Johnson was more knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle than any of the salespeople we dealt with at the other dealerships and Ed and Jeff Gessler worked a deal for us that we were comfortable with. Subaru wasn't our first choice when we started our car search. The other dealerships we visited were not Subaru dealerships. Ed and Jeff made us comfortable with Subaru and Cochran. More

I was looking for my perfect car and after weeks of researching I decided to get the 2011 Outback. I believe there are only 3 Subaru dealers in the area and due to time constraints I only saw 2. Ed and #1 Cochran were very accomodating with our specs for our Outback from the inside and out. They offered a deal that was way better than the other and they got the color that we wanted even though units are so hard to find this time around since the 2012 Outbacks are just around the corner. Despite my busy schedule, Ed was working hard to get my car and I got the right one just when I needed a car. More
