We were looking for a new car late this summer and were deciding between a Honda CRV and Subaru Forester. Anna Johns at Cochran immediately talked to us and answered all our questions. This is the third ti deciding between a Honda CRV and Subaru Forester. Anna Johns at Cochran immediately talked to us and answered all our questions. This is the third time we have bought a car from her. We didn't feel pressured there and felt like we received a good price. The Honda dealership didn't seem to care to deal with us at all. Cochran wanted us to be satisfied and buy the best car to fit our needs. They have followed up with us as well. More
We bought a new 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX in September of 2011. The clutch was faulty and every single time we took the car to Cochran they would keep the car the entire day and never fix the problem. Clay t 2011. The clutch was faulty and every single time we took the car to Cochran they would keep the car the entire day and never fix the problem. Clay treated us like we were keeping him from something and brushed us off so fast. He wouldn't even listen to what we were saying. We left the car over night and were given a rental as a courtesy and after we dropped the rental off a day later, we were billed with a thousand dollar repair bill to the rental, even though there had been no damage to the rental when we dropped it off to return it. We got no where with the dealership and went to Dirk the Manger of Regional Operations. He was extremely rude to on the telephone, and did nothing for our troubles. This dealership is full of a bunch of thieves. They DO NOT fix your car. I took my 2006 Subaru Legacy in to get the belts that they installed in February fixed because six months later they were squealing and after they "fixed it" they were STILL squealing. The people are rude and they are only out for your money. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE. More
On Thursday 10/16/11 I had my '09 Legacy in for inspection. Afterward, since my lease would be expiring 2/12, I went over to the WONDERFUL NEW showroom to find out what I should be doing when it ca inspection. Afterward, since my lease would be expiring 2/12, I went over to the WONDERFUL NEW showroom to find out what I should be doing when it came time to turn in my car. Shelly and Jeff were wonderful! The bottom line is that the following afternoon I picked up my NEW '12 Legacy! the new lease payment (without any cash up front) is quite managable and the first month forgiveness isn't bad at all. I really enjoy working with everyone in sales and service and will continue to share my very positive experiences with friends and family More
This was the 1st Subaru dealer I went to, knowing they would have decent stock to look at and compare. I have never owned a Subaru, and wanted to see if I liked them. I was able to test drive a 2011 Subaru Legacy and decided I liked it. Anna Johns worked with me to determine which options I wanted, and what was available in the incoming cars. I was undecided on trading in my existing car vs selling it outright. Cochran was able to give me the KBB value for my trade-in. That price, combined with the sales tax savings, made it worthwhile to do the trade. I checked trade-in and new car offers at another Subaru dealer, but they couldn't get close to Cochran. In the end, I selected a car that was scheduled for delivery. There was some concern if it would come in before the 0.9% financing expired. Once I reserved the car, it came quickly. Anna did a great job of keeping me informed of the status. All in all, it was a fairly smooth purchasing experience. More

We went into Cochran to look at 2011 Subaru Outback's a few weeks before we were linked up with Shelly. Cochran Subaru was very busy, and we spoke with the sales manager very briefly. The sales manager a few weeks before we were linked up with Shelly. Cochran Subaru was very busy, and we spoke with the sales manager very briefly. The sales manager asked us to leave our name and number, but we never heard back from Subaru. We went in a few weeks later, at a less busy time, and Shelly Catanzano assisted us. She answered all of our questions, and we were able to test drive an Outback. We were undecided, at that point, if we wanted to go ahead with the trade. We decided we wanted to choose a color if we were going to proceed with a purchase, and as the 2011 Outbacks were becoming less available, Shelly contacted other dealerships to find the color that we were interested in. She was able to locate the car, but the dealership did not want to swap the car with Cochran. Shelly informed us that there was a 2012 Outback in the color we wanted, and had the sales manager come out and talk to us about the cost of the 2011 vs the 2012. The sales manager and Shelly spent a good bit of time with us answering all of our questions, and provided a lot of helpfule information. They also worked with us on a payment that was comfortable for us. The finance manager was also a great help when we sat down to sign the paperwork. We enjoyed working with Shelly, and will definitely come back to see her the next time we are in the market for a new car. More
After a recommendation from a friend and then doing some research, my husband and I started shopping for a Subaru Forester. We were looking for a few specific items in the car we would purchase. My husband research, my husband and I started shopping for a Subaru Forester. We were looking for a few specific items in the car we would purchase. My husband and I found out Subarus hold their value, which is a good thing when you own it, but when looking for an amazing price it makes it harder to find. Shelly Catanzano was the saleswoman that helped me, when I went to test drive a used Forester that #1 Cochran had listed on their web-site. Shelly was friendly and informative and flexible in the test drive. Jiam and I waffled between a used car and a new car. Shelly kept in touch but was patient and did not try to push something that was not we wanted. After thinking about the quotes we received one used and new cars, we decied that what would be best for us was a new limited black or red Forester. At the time #1 Cochran did not have that specific vehicle, so Shelly made phone calls trying to find what we wanted. There were a few out there but the dealers were not anxious to give them up. But Jeff Gessler, the General Sales Manager was able to make it work. I think we got a good deal at the perfect time. We are enjoying our sleek Black Forester. Thanks Shelly! Gretchen and Family More
The staff is always friendly and the service team has become one in which I can trust, which is very rare. Of course, I would always like it to cost less. become one in which I can trust, which is very rare. Of course, I would always like it to cost less. More

I am thrilled with the way I have been treated and 'handled' by Cochran Employeer/Salesman, Harry Gosnell. He has been with me all the way through the sales, demo, financing, and closing the sale. I 'handled' by Cochran Employeer/Salesman, Harry Gosnell. He has been with me all the way through the sales, demo, financing, and closing the sale. I doubt that I could have asked for a more attentive and interested and cooperative sales person. Harry is easy to deal with, and extremely interested in all phases of the sale and making sure I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Many thanks to Harry. Charlie Dillon is a very personable and competent Service Manager. I have NO problem applauding his performance and cooperation in performing his duties. He made the appointment according to MY schedule, arranged to have a 'loaner' car for my use while my new Legacy was being serviced. Thanks to Charlie My ONLY complaint with my new auto is the operation of the 'hill holder' service that is confusing to use and DOES NOT PERFORM like any other 'hill holder' function I've ever owned or used. I cannot understand why I must MANUALLY set and then MANUALLY disengage the parking/emergency brake in order to proceed on my way. As far as I'm conceerned, this is too manually intensive in operation to be of any use to me. You can be sure I will NOT be using this 'device', and not totally pleased that it was included in the package I purchased. This problem in no way can reflect on the services I've been accorded from Cochran Subaru employees. More
