We bought a 2011 GMC Terrain from #1 Cochran. We requested Anna Johns as our salesperson since she had sold our daughter several Saturns in the past. This is our second vehicle from #1 Cochran. I have always bought General Motors vehicles and have dealt with smaller local dealers who are no longer in business. I was initally hesitant to deal with a dealership as large as Cochran but have been very pleasantly surprised. We have had a very positive experience with Cochran--both in purchasing vehicles and in service. We have no compaints. Everyone has been very friendly, courteous and helpful. We still have the first vehicle we bought from Cochran--a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette van. It has 154,000 miles on it and still runs fine. We have also been extremely pleased with the GMC Terrain.
