I was buying a new Forester with no trade in. Talked to a salesman, Jamie Bergamasco, and asked if a certain Forester was available. He said, "I'll get right back with you" and he did. When I explained that I needed to leave by a certain time, they didn't hold me up or keep me sitting at a desk while "talking" with the finance manager "trying to work out numbers". Within 5 minutes, I had the total price of the car with taxes and fees, AND they emailed it to me so I could discuss it with my husband.
