We're proud parents of a brand new college graduate who is gainfully employed. That means we have 3 drivers and 2 cars. That brought up the opportunity to expand our fleet. At first we would round-robin on which 2 of us would be able to commute together but as our schedules diverged the need to add a 3rd vehicle to our fleet became a priority. We started our search for a vehicle by polling the family for priorities. Our first choice was that it had to be a blue car (ha-ha) with smart phone connectivity for entertainment and hands free communications. More realistically we needed an all wheel drive, high fuel economy, low cost of ownership, and high safety rating. We thought that getting a short term lease would address the transportation issues and give our graduate some time to be financially stable enough to buy their own car. However, we had lots of reservations about leasing. We did a lot of Googling and we felt well informed about the pros and cons of used vs new vs leasing, comparable vehicles, pricing, options, and value. We researched various brands, visited several dealerships, and decided upon a Subaru. We visited Cochran in Monroeville and met a very pleasant rep named Anna Johns. We gave her our vehicle criteria, and she was able to show us new and used Impreza and Legacy models. We discussed our reservations about leasing vs buying, new vs used, value, up front out of pocket and long term cost of ownership, and concluded that for our situation leasing made the most sense. Also we were pleasantly surprised at the flexibility in lease terms. We were presented a comparison of terms on the various vehicles we were considering, and decided on a vehicle, selected a contract that expires when the warrantee expires, and given Cochran’s service offerings we expect very low cost of ownership. To make a long story short, Anna was a pleasure to work with, easily established a great relationship with us, an active listener and able to answer all our questions and concerns with honesty and integrity, in a no pressure and entertaining environment, and earned our trust. From our research we knew she knew her product and pricing. We really appreciated the upfront best price policy without the hassle of haggling. Together we worked to arrive at which car, and which terms were right for us. Anna was extremely knowledgeable, from vehicles, inventory, service, pricing, options, and value, and most importantly helping us find a package that met _our_ needs. In short, working with Anna was an advantage like having a friend with inside information guiding us to get the best deal possible, on the right car that best met the needs for our family. To top it off, by the time we had our paper work done, the car was prepped and detailed and we drove it home that very day! More

I went here on the advice of a friend who is a long-term customer of theirs, even though it's not the closest Subaru dealership to my home. I didn't regret it. Staff were very friendly. The waiting room is customer of theirs, even though it's not the closest Subaru dealership to my home. I didn't regret it. Staff were very friendly. The waiting room is comfortable with free wi-fi and coffee, which meant I could get on with work while waiting. I saw them shuttling customers all over the immediate area and back while I was there. The quote was explained to me clearly. Staff understood that I didn't want to invest in all the "add-ons" at the moment but wanted to get to the root cause of a "check engine" light and identify any other major issues, which they did and gave helpful advice, in step with my available budget. I will be on the market for a "good used" car in the next year or so and, although generally wary of 'dealerships", I will definitely go back to these guys More
One of the best experiences I had at a dealership. Sales people were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I never fealt they were trying to sell me extras I didn't want. We had a great experience at Cochran Subaru Monroeville. We first started looking at the Subaru on your website which we also found very easy to access. We sent an email expressing our interest in the Legacy and were immediately contacted and followed up with Colleen and Jeff. We sent an email to state when we would be able to come to the dealership and Colleen verified by phone an appointment. We were gratefully introduced to Shelly when we arrived and amazingly the exact car we were interested in just happened to be in your showroom! It was a done deal. Shelly was very helpful. We appreciated her straightforwardness and quick attention to getting us the car we wanted without going through the usual "song and dance" routine we have had at other dealerships in the past. She introduced us to Dave Debruyn the following day to sign our papers and he as well was very knowledgable and great to work with. We feel we got a great deal. We loved the tour of the facility that Shelly gave us along with her pointing out all the features included on our 2012 Legacy. Although there was no doubt regarding our purchase, we were really impressed that she took the time to highlight everything great about our car! Hats off to Cochran Subaru Monroeville! More
