I purchased by Outback from Rich Earl in 2001 (when it was Bianci) and they serviced it for many years. As the car got older, I tried other Subaru service centers and independent mechanics, but returned was Bianci) and they serviced it for many years. When employees are happy, it shows, and it tells you a lot about the management and the work they do. For these reasons I returned to Cochran and will stay with them as long as my Outback keeps going...hopefully for another 100K miles. More

Brought in the car for a Subaru recall. Usually do all my own automotive work but could not do this because of the recall. My WRX has over 130K miles on it so I also had them do a compression test and cy my own automotive work but could not do this because of the recall.
