I enjoy a good relationship with the service department and feel they do a great job. I've never had to return to have them correct something which wasn't fixed right the first time. The only complaint I would have is that I usually leave the car there the night before because I go to work very early but most of the time they don't take the car in until the afternoon to work on it. This has caused us to make special arrangements because the car wasn't finished that day mainly because a part was not in stock and had to be obtained from somewhere else. And there were no "loaner" cars available. More

We had to bring our brand new Subaru Outback in for servicing of an inoperative Sunroof - which was bad enough for a brand new vehicle. Upon completion, my wife had to ask the attendant to clean the he servicing of an inoperative Sunroof - which was bad enough for a brand new vehicle. Upon completion, my wife had to ask the attendant to clean the headliner since it was returned to us in an usatisfactory condition. Later, some additional marks (grease?) were found on the light colored leather driver's seat. I will have to see if we can get them out. More
