I arrived late on a friday afternoon to test drive a car(3:45pm,they close at 6pm on friday). After a short wait, Anna had the car pulled up to the lot and ready to drive. The car had recently arrived to the dealership and was still covered in plastic, I like the fact that I was the first to test drive it and I wasn't told to come back the next day because it was not ready. After the very informative test drive I decided I wanted the car and settled on a price. David personally went to the service department(aprox. 5:20 pm) area to see if they could have the car ready that day. They asked if it would be possible to pick it up the next day, of course! It's 5:30 pm and they close a 6 pm. as an hourly worker myself, I don't want the service personal to work over just for me. I arrived the next day and had a very detailed explanation of all the features of the car by Anna and David made all the paperwork easy. I've purchased 2 other new cars in the past 11 years and this is by far the best dealership I've dealt with. More

Buying a car from Cochran was easy. We already had an idea of what we were looking for anyway.
