Ron, Jeff and David are great. Ron is very personable and easy to deal with. Jeff is a character (in a good way) and fun to deal with. Got a great car at a great price. Always a pleasure to deal with them. Service Dept also great. Used them for my LL Bean Wagon I brought from California while they were still Langston Subaru. When I moved farther away from them in PA, I tried a dealer closer to home for maintenance and ended up coming back. Resulted in buying next three cars there instead of the closer dealer. Ken is a great service manager, always taking calls and answering questions (I quizzed him about the design and reliability of the new CVT and he made me comfortable with buying it). Charlie goes out of his way to get things done. More
I had such a positive experience leasing my very first new car here. I was armed with information, knowing that car dealers might try to intimidate, but my experience here was so comfortable that when th new car here. I visited a few other Subaru dealers in the area to get pricing on a new Legacy, but the other dealerships kind of gave me the run-around (even though they were nice). I knew I could get a better deal. Shelly, working with Jeff, gave me such a great deal that I just couldn't say no. I must admit, throughout the process I kept thinking there must be a catch, but there wasn't. The deal they offered was ironclad, no gimmicks or surprise "fees" in the finance discussion. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They treated me with respect (I am a young woman shopping for a car solo and you just never know with that) and they have my business as long as I live in Pittsburgh. A+! More

If you are looking for a stress free buying experience this is the way to go. Do your research, pick your car from their inventory, then email Maria Kennihan for a price. She will work with you, agree to a price and then set up an appointment with the sales staff. Then you simply show up, pay up and drive your new car home. Jeff Gessler and Ron Riggle were friendly and accomodating with trade in details. Ron was great with getting us through the buying process, showing us the car features and even pairing our phones to the car. That was above and beyond. Thanks Ron. Believe it or not it was a pleasant buying experience. More
My experience in sales was fabulous. After having my car for less than a year and having 2 service appointments so far, my experience with service is less than good. It always seems like I am an inconvenien for less than a year and having 2 service appointments so far, my experience with service is less than good. It always seems like I am an inconvenience by showing up. Both visits were on Saturdays and perhaps not enough people work on Saturdays. When I ask questions, they get answered, but I don't feel like anyone is interested in me having a good experience or learning more about my Subaru. I expect more when I go to the dealer for service appointments. This past Saturday was better than my previous appointment, but still less than I expect. I will try one more time before changing locations for my appointments. More

Buying a car is a slow process but all in all a good experience. The dealer was very busy on my first visit and I had to wait a long time to speak with a salesman eventhough I had an appointment. Harry had the car waiting for us when we arrived. The extended warranty sales pitch at the end of the deal slowed the process to a crawl and added no value. More
I imediately felt welcome there by all of the staff present. The model that I was interested in was unavailable for a few weeks, but Ron was very helpful in letting me know when it was coming in and h present.
