Beginning with an online car builder inquiry in early November 2012 on thru the ordering and final delivery of my vehicle at the end of February 2013 the entire staff was fantastic and attentive. The ordering and delivery process was smooth and painless and the vehicle even arrived far ahead of the projected date. They were diligent with communications in both verbal and e-mail forms and if they didn't have an answer on the spot they got back to me with one by the next day. I came in and spoke to one of the managers, Jeff Gessler months before my purchase, when I came in to see the vehicle for the first time he not only remembered me but the car I had chatted with him about as well. Upon delivery the vehicle was ready and impeccably detailed, the financials were in order and went quickly and smoothly. Given the short amount of time between my initial request and getting final pricing, I was almost certain that something would be miscommunicated, but I was presently surprised when the comprehensive and professional attention to detail of the team proved me wrong. David was extremely concise in bringing us up to speed on the pertinent details of the finance and insurance aspect of the purchase. I was impressed with his thorough explanations and genuine interest in making sure we understood all of the details of the purchase. My wife and I were very appreciative of Richard’s willingness to review the manuals, making sure we were familiar with the controls in the vehicle prior to leaving. With temperatures hovering around 23F and snow coming down, Richard made sure to answer any and all questions we had before we came back inside. I was expecting to get a good deal, but I was not expecting to have a restored faith in the way a new car purchase should be. We wanted to see the new Subarus because we needed to replace our car. Since Cochran is close to our home, we thought it would be a quick trip just to view the models available and see if any met our ne replace our car.
