Latest visit, a recall for passenger seat switches, was poorly planned. Nothing in the recall notice suggested that 2 visits were necessary. Had to come in just so someone could verify the VIN. Came in for standard oil change and checkup. Technician identified bushing problems on the steering parts. Service agent checked and confirmed it was covered by our Easy Care warranty. Time was tight for us so technician worked through lunch to help us keep a medical appointment. Service agent was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 3 Foresters since 2000 and no one services them but Cochran. Glad we chose Cochran Subaru More
I thought that I heard my brakes making an abnormal sound. They removed all four wheels, checked the brake pads. The values were all within inspection limits (they just inspected my car in November) ye sound. They removed all four wheels, checked the brake pads. The values were all within inspection limits (they just inspected my car in November) yet they rec I buy front and back brake pads and rotors for 1400.00. I don’t recommend a place that isn’t real honest with you and also wants that much money! More
Made an appointment to leave the car all day only to be told at 2pm, when I called to check on the vehicle’s status, that they weren’t going to be able to “get to it”today!!! Unacceptable and yet another i told at 2pm, when I called to check on the vehicle’s status, that they weren’t going to be able to “get to it”today!!! Unacceptable and yet another instance of Cochran being too big to be any good at what they’re supposed to be doing. The vehicle is my mother’s and she insisted I take it there for the warranty work. Cochran did not disappoint and reassured me that I am wise to never purchase or service any of my personal vehicles there. More
First oil change and tire rotation on our 2025 Forester…. Quick courteous check in … I always wait in their showroom instead of customer service waiting room ( more interactions ) .
