Came in for standard oil change and checkup. Technician identified bushing problems on the steering parts. Service agent checked and confirmed it was covered by our Easy Care warranty. I thought that I heard my brakes making an abnormal sound. They removed all four wheels, checked the brake pads. The values were all within inspection limits (they just inspected my car in November) ye sound. They removed all four wheels, checked the brake pads. I don’t recommend a place that isn’t real honest with you and also wants that much money! More

Made an appointment to leave the car all day only to be told at 2pm, when I called to check on the vehicle’s status, that they weren’t going to be able to “get to it”today!!!
