Jeff Gessler agreed to take care of the scratches on my car at my next scheduled oil change, which will be in August. There was some mis-communication about what is actually covered by the Premier Paint Pr car at my next scheduled oil change, which will be in August. There was some mis-communication about what is actually covered by the Premier Paint Protection Plan II that I was sold when I purchased this new vehicle and while I do now understand that scratches are not covered going forward, Jeff has agreed to live up to what I was informed of at the time of purchase this one time at no charge. I truly appreciate Jeff for being a stand-up guy and hope to purchase my next car from him as well, he is a very nice guy and could probably sell me the Brooklyn Bridge truth be told due to his honesty, credibility and engaging personality. He is the perfect sales manager. I also got to speak with Ken Nutter, the service and parts manager whom I've known for years, while I was there on this most recent visit. Like Jeff, he is the perfect service manager because of his honesty and credibility...the consummate professional in my opinion. In fact, he is in large part one of the reasons I have stayed with Cochran Subaru and the truth is I have had other Subaru customers speak very highly of him to me in the past while in the waiting area when getting service, to which I completely agreed with them. Not to be lost in the shuffle here is one Darla Hill, whom I only recently had the pleasure of meeting in the service department. She is not only very sweet (hard not to be taken by her and that smile) but also very knowledgeable and customer driven. She went out of her to way to make sure I was satisfied with my visit, contacting Jeff for me to save me the trip and taking my car for a wash while I somewhat abruptly had to take an important call in the middle of the checkout process. When I apologized for my unfortunately unavoidable rudeness, she would have none of it and insisted it was no problem and that family matters come first. She is truly an asset to the already great service staff there at Cochran Subaru, including Charlie Dillon, Joe Rosenberger and anyone else that has had to deal with me over the years...which is not the easiest thing to do at times I realize. More

I will only deal with Donna Dunnivan and Anna John's in the sales team! They are so nice and they are straight forward with everything. They know your cars,and know about every manufacturer discount along with promotions from the dealership. They make the buying experience as painless as possible.GMC service has to be the pride of the company.My truck and all of my former vehicles were GM and I must say they know what they're doing over there! From diagnosis to completion of the job they are #1 they also help out by sending coupons or getting coupon discounts. I'm currently dealing with Ken and the Subaru team they really understand customer service begins with customer respect. His team of service reps are so polite and accommodating. Charlie, Joe, and Darla are great people, #1Cochran has to be proud of such a great team. My recent visit was for an oil change service, I also had a cracked windshield at this time. Ken Nutter helped me set up the appointment for the glass company to come over and put in the windshield while I was getting the oil change.I had the replacement D.O.T stickers and the service done all at the same time. I can see I'm going to have a positive future with this crew of people. #1Cochran your a gem to the community thanks for your vision!!!!!!!!!!! More
I came into Cochran Subaru to test drive a Legacy that I had found in their inventory on-line. Upon arrival, all sales personnel were busy but Harry Gosnell was at the door to deliver a new car to another had found in their inventory on-line. Even though he was in the middle of helping another customer, he continually checked in to see if we had questions as well. Harry was very friendly & knowledgeable of the vehicle and while on the test drive, made sure to bring important features to the forefront as this was the first experience I had behind the wheel of a Subaru. I liked the vehicle so much that Harry and David Debruyn made me an offer that I could not pass up. I appreciate the no haggle approach. I've had my new Subaru Legacy four days now and I'm very pleased. More
Charlie Dillon was very helpful and understanding when we experienced alignment and tire problems with our 2012 Legacy. The repair to the rear latch was well done. My wife reported a noise in the area of the right front bake. Your mechanics could find nothing wrong. The noise is still there. I came to #1 Cochran "just looking" for a new car with my dad, never knowing I would fall in love with the XV Crosstrek. I was getting my first new car and had no idea what to expect. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Harry, who took me on an excellent test drive, showing me everything that the car had to offer. Afterwards, I told both my father and Harry that I wanted this car in hopes that they could make some kind of deal. Much to my surprise, a deal was made after much deliberation and I am no the proud owner of the XV Crosstrek. I've only had it for less than a week, but I really do love my car. The experience at the dealership was top notch as is my vehicle, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. More

We had a very good experience buying our 2014 Forester with Shelly. She was easy to work with and accomodating to my schedule.
