So much so that when it was time for my son to purchase a car, I didn't want to go anywhere else. Mike did everything he said he was going to do when we purchased our new Subaru and then went above and beyond when my son was purchasing his used car. From my initial phone call with Christine, to the purchase of my son's car, Mike was with us every step of the way. He would always get back to me in a timely manner - even while he was on vacation. The next time any of my family members or friends want to purchase a car, Mike's name is the one and only one that will come to mind. He is a winner inside and out! Thanks Mike for being so awesome! Thank you!!! I have bought three subarus here!!! But when I dropped my last one off to be serviced and they said they service it and never touched it.... I was mad I have bought three subarus here!!! But when I dropped my last one off to be serviced and they said they service it and never touched it.... I was mad I said it is in the same space no paper mats or seat covers!!! Paul the service manager showed me his wedding ring said I am a man of God I do not lie!!! What a two face liar!!! They never looked at it!!! We now take our one Subaru to sendel and I no longer drive one!! Bmw has way better service they drop you a rental and pick your car up!!! Thank you Paul for being a sales man for a different brand by your poor hospitality!!! More

I am still waiting for my credit back to my credit card. The last I heard was that I needed to sign a form. You can fax me the form to 412-255-6617. Other than that I have no problems with you and the purchase of my new vehicle. I am very pleased with my vehicle, but would like to get this other matter straightened out it has been 3 months. very disappointing I drove an hour to meet the sales manager, I was on time, he was in a meeting. Phenomenal This is the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! The managers and the sales reps are equally kind, informative, transparent, genuine, an This is the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! The managers and the sales reps are equally kind, informative, transparent, genuine, and extremely helpful and personable. After having an hour long conversation with the very intelligent and well-spoken salesman who approached me in the parking lot, I was amazed to learn as he handed me his card that he was in fact a manager. This must be a brand new business model compared with the past couple of decades. He shared every detail that I needed to know down to the potential monthly payment. There was no pressure to buy. The numbers were better than the previous two subaru dealers I had dealt with for two months and I didn't have to have anxiety or wasteful time from the "I have to ask my manager" game. What a relief! And what a gift! When I returned to consider the purchase, they even gave me more than I had expected. When does that happen? I was elated! At the end of it all, I worked with the original manager, a really cool salesman, and another manager, who was just as awesome, while signing the papers. All three of them were as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as anyone could hope. To top it off, I was able to purchase the 7 year extended warranty because of the discount offered and the money I had already saved on the buying cost. I ordered the car on Dec 31st. It was due for arrival on Feb 28th. It arrived on January 31st. Wow! With these past two weeks of winter, I have been nothing short of grateful! Please consider Cochran Subaru for your next purchase!
