I thought that I heard my brakes making an abnormal sound. They removed all four wheels, checked the brake pads. The values were all within inspection limits (they just inspected my car in November) ye sound. They removed all four wheels, checked the brake pads. I don’t recommend a place that isn’t real honest with you and also wants that much money! More

Made an appointment to leave the car all day only to be told at 2pm, when I called to check on the vehicle’s status, that they weren’t going to be able to “get to it”today!!! Unacceptable and yet another instance of Cochran being too big to be any good at what they’re supposed to be doing. The vehicle is my mother’s and she insisted I take it there for the warranty work. Cochran did not disappoint and reassured me that I am wise to never purchase or service any of my personal vehicles there. More
