Justin and I emailed numerous times before we set foot in the showroom, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. When we came into West Hills Nissan, Justin greeted us promptly and treated us like welcomed guests. So many other dealerships that we visited could care less whether we had questions (or even existed in their showroom), whereas Justin took great care in helping us with our car purchase. He even met me this morning on his way to work to give me the missing floor mats for our car! The mats were missing because the dealer that West Hills Nissan traded with (in Ohio) made an error. Justin to the rescue! Beyond Justin, each of the team members at West Hills Nissan were kind, courteous, and respectful. When we are in the market for another car, we will absolutely pay them a visit. More

Actually had FUN Buying a Car! Fun is never a word I expected to use about going to a car dealership, but that described my experience at Cochran Nissan West Hills. Before I came in Justin was already emailing me helpful information. When I got there he was amazing at helping me find exactly what I needed and going through all the options. Without being overbearing, he helped me realize the Rogue with the best package was the way to go, and I'm thankful every day because I love my car. I had to go to the dealership a few times due to some transfer paperwork, and I actually looked forward to it and will definitely stop back in sometime to visit all of them. Justin is very knowledgeable and approachable, and I was very grateful for his help with my first brand new car purchase. I highly recommend him and this dealership to others. More

Bought the car! I went in to test drive a used car I had seen online. I came in without an appointment, and Todd in sales was very helpful and accommodating to me and I went in to test drive a used car I had seen online. I came in without an appointment, and Todd in sales was very helpful and accommodating to me and my wife, making sure every detail was covered in getting me in my (very first) car. They seemed quite busy that day, and he advised us to go grab something to eat while my car was being detailed, then made sure we were comfortable in the lounge waiting for financing. Paul in finance was able to get a better rate for me than my own bank, and answered any questions we had. I'm overall happy with my car and my experience. More
