This was the first dealership that was willing to work with me and get me in a new car ASAP. They made me feel comfortable purchasing and looking for a new car. I had to get an oil change and auto butler (cleaning and undercoating/rustproofing touch up) on my 2012 Rogue. Not extensive work, but they kept me updated and provided shuttle service to take me back and fourth from home. Yes, other dealerships might provide this service also, but I was pleasantly surprised by an e-mail about the results of my service - I needed an air filter for a slight extra charge - that prepared me when Josh called to discuss it and complete the work. I enjoy working with Zach because he is always friendly and professional. He is helpful getting the appointment to fit my schedule and in getting the car serviced and out the door in a timely manner.
