Bought a used truck at their location near Pittsburgh airport. Truck looked clean and had low miles for its year 47K miles year 2000. After buying truck noticed the frame area had been spray painted to airport. Truck looked clean and had low miles for its year 47K miles year 2000. After buying truck noticed the frame area had been spray painted to hide serious corrosion. MD Inspection would not pass brake lines. Service at first very resistant to acknowledge any of the problems identified at inspection. After severely arguing with used car manager, they agreed to replace brake lines, main bearing seal, replace transfer gear box, fix remote key, and replace ashtray(this had been identified at time of sale). Note, this is a vehicle touted by them to have passed a 158 point inspection and "better than certified". After about 7 days I was called by Bob Cochran (owner?) said car was fixed and ready. I picked up car and did a quick test drive, seemed transfer gearbox was ok. Still no ashtray. Had to track down sales manager who advised me to buy one and forward the bill. Found out they replaced only one of the corroded brake lines not all. Did not notice this until I got home (3 hours from dealer). Assistant service mgr Gorlick was hostile during the entire process, at one time he started lowering the truck lift with me still under it without warning. My advice: stay away from these guys!!!! I performed an online search for the car I wanted. Cochran's internet sales person responded claiming to have the vehicle in stock. When I got there I was passed off to another sales person and carted Cochran's internet sales person responded claiming to have the vehicle in stock. When I got there I was passed off to another sales person and carted to 5 or 6 different lots. None of those lots had the car they claimed was in stock. When I informed them that they did not have the car I wanted, the Manager got involved and tried to pressure me into buying a different car claiming that buying a car was a "matter of give and take." My opinion is that if I'm going to give them my money and I'm going to take the car that I want. They continued to call for a number of days offering more for my trade in (they offered far below blue book when I was there) to get me to come back. More
