Jim was informative and patient with me through the whole buying process. I would highly recommend it based on the way I was treated. I was treated rudely at another Nissan dealer (not Cochran). The sales manager at the first dealership I went to was rude and not willing to negotiate even $500, and my husband and I were paying cash. They said we weren't serious. Most unfortunate, as the sales person there was very good. After making a few calls looking for another way to buy the car I was set on buying, I discovered there was Cochran Nissan Cochran dealer in Pittsburgh in the South Hills, which I was unaware of. We negotiated the price very quickly and were treated well. Norm Struss handled the financial end, and was most helpful. Alex Poarch was the salesperson, and I must say that he is the EXAMPLE of what customer services means. After the sale, he continues to have an attitude of service. I went in today for a new buyer orientation. The meeting was rescheduled and somehow I was mistakenly not informed. He agreed to help me program my phones in the car, since I was already there. I think companies should have an attitude of "customers for life." Easier to keep your customers happy and coming back, than selling them and always trying to find more. Pricing a New Nissan Maxima. Living in Ohio I checked with all of the local dealers regarding a lease on a new Maxima. Decided to take the 50 minute drive to Pittsburgh and what an experience it was. Fro with all of the local dealers regarding a lease on a new Maxima. Decided to take the 50 minute drive to Pittsburgh and what an experience it was. From the moment you walked in the door to their facility you could sense the professional attitude of the staff. The selection was impressive as they had every color you could imagine as well as various models. After they completed appraising our vehicle we found that they gave us well over $2,100.00 more on trade and close to $1,400.00 less than any of the local dealers in the Youngstown Warren area. Needless to say we ended up taking delivery on the first trip. The finance and sales process was the best experience in my 30 years of purchasing cars. Needless to say #1 Cochran will be my dealer from here on out. The drive from Canfield was worth my time. I would highly suggest this dealer to anyone who is looking for the ultimate car buying experience. More

Just a quick note that today I replaced my 2008 Rogue with a 2011 model at the Nissan store on West Liberty Avenue. My salesperson was Alex Poarch; he was wonderful to work with! OK service, but mega-dealer cannot get their act together enough to confirm service appointments by email (which they claim to do and tell you they will do, but don't).
