I was 2 payments shy of paying off my current car when the transmission went screwy. it would have cost more to fix the car than it was worth. so i decided to purchase a new (to me) car. I was met by Tim Schmidt in the lot as i was looking at the new cars that were out of my price range. When I explained my situation and what price range i was looking for, he walked across the street with me and showed my some vehicles in the used section. I found a nice 2007 Jeep Compass which was similar in style and size of my Toyota Rav4 that had broken down on me. I admitted that I was looking at a 2006 Jeep Compass from another dealership that was $2000 less than their asking price but Cochran's Jeep had more premium options and less miles. Tim offered to match that price without even seeing the other Jeep I was looking at. We started the paperwork that night and the next day I drove home with my new (to me)2007 Jeep Compass. Within 2 hours of taking possession of the car, i noticed a large rusted area on one of the doors. i called Tim immediately and he made arrangements to have me stop by and talk to the used dealer manager. The manager apologized for not seeing it before the sale and made arrangements to have the door fixed immediately. the car looked brand new and i was very pleased with everyone i dealt with. More

For the past serveral years I brought my 2002 Nissan Altima in for servicing. Since 2009 I have dealt mainly with Greg in the Service Department and when I brought my car in on Thursday, July 28 and the Altima in for servicing. Since 2009 I have dealt mainly with Greg in the Service Department and when I brought my car in on Thursday, July 28 and they advised me of the cost for my repairs, I lost it. To Greg's credit it was empathitic and listened to me. He also took the time to talk to the sales representative on my behalf to begin the process of my possibly purchasing a new car. Mr. Etkins was great to work with and made the unexpected car buying experience a little less painful. You have a great crew at this location. More
I had a few problems on my 2007 Nissan maxiam. Went to 3 other dealerships and they couldnt fix my issues. From the minute I pulled into the dealership, Greg greeted me at my car, took the time to talk to m other dealerships and they couldnt fix my issues. Then greg got his master technician Dave to go for a ride with me so they could hear the noise I was concerned about, Dave was very helpfull. I waited for my car at the dealership and they got me in and out in just under an hour!! Not only did Cochran fix my car, but also washed and vaccumed it for me.... I just wanted to let Cochran Nissan know that because of the way I was treated they gained a customer for life!!!! Thank you very much!!!! More
