When brought my car in for an oil change and auto butler Keith in the service department was an absolute joy to deal with. He was friendly and considerate. He also explaned the new Nissan Car Care Event and Keith in the service department was an absolute joy to deal with. He was friendly and considerate. I've Hello, I wanted to take the time to let someone know of my most recent experience at the Nissan location in Dormont on October 14, 2011. I've been having many issues with an oxygen sensor and called Nissan on October 10th. I spoke with Greg about the issue and asked for his feedback. He explained things very well. I asked if there was a shuttle service and he let me know there was a "T" station on the property. I've never used the "T" station outside of downtown, so Greg explained what stops I would need to use. I had no trouble at all and found dropping my car off before work, getting on the "T" and coming back out after work was GREAT! Keith called to let me know the problem and informed me that there were also two recalls on my car (I wasn't aware of them). He called me back a second time to give me more details about why I was having the sensor problem (the other garage changed the wrong side!). He wanted me to have as much information when I called "the other garage" letting them know I wanted to be reimbursed for NOT fixing my car. He also made the extra effort and gave me his phone number and direct extension in case "the other garage" wanted to speak with him. Keith let me know that they had the oxygen sensor in stock and could fix it, as well as the two recalls. I felt good knowing that the people working on my car knew what they were doing and was able to take care of everything that same day. Greg and Keith were very professional and helpful. These two employees are great assets to the Nissan team! I will definitely come back to this location in the future. Thank you, Ashley B. More
Made to feel very welcome even though I purchased my vehicle in another state. Did not have to wait long. However, Josue and Cochran Nissan were able to meet all of my needs and leased me a new Versa with a very reasonable monthly payment. The definitely offered me the best deal out of the 6 dealerships and cars that I had compared. More

Although it took 2-3 evenings to hammer out the details of our purchase, Josue was courteous and worked dilligently to earn our business. I am impressed with my Murano's overall quaity, the service I've received since, and in general the treatment I've received from the dealership. I would recommend #1 Cochran Nissan to any of my friends and family. More
